Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for new, unused products in their original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date the goods are received.

Returns are possible only after prior approval from CabloLink.

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

Before sending goods back, the buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from CabloLink support.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error.

The buyer must ensure that the goods are properly packed in order to prevent damage during transportation.

CabloLink shall not be responsible for damage occurring during return transportation.

4. Inspection of Returned Goods

After the returned goods are received, they are inspected including:

  • ● verification of product condition
  • ● verification of completeness
  • ● verification that the goods are free from damage

Refunds or replacements may be approved only after successful inspection.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the inspection has been completed and approved.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Actual processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods are not eligible for return:

  • ● custom-made products
  • ● products with non-standard configurations
  • ● products without original packaging
  • ● used products

7. Defective Products and Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must provide:

  • ● a detailed description of the issue
  • ● photos or videos confirming the defect

Warranty claims are reviewed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy, applicable legislation and the agreed delivery terms.

8. Transport Damage

Upon receipt of goods, the buyer must inspect the shipment for visible damage or shortages.

Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of the goods.

Claims may require the following information:

  • ● photos of the damage
  • ● transport documents
  • ● detailed description of the issue

Claims are handled in accordance with the carrier’s conditions and the applicable Incoterms® rules.

9. Restocking Fee

In certain cases, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product type and supplier conditions.

10. Return Address

The return address will be provided by CabloLink support after the RMA number has been issued. Shipping goods to another address without prior approval may result in rejection of the return.
